The same people,

The same people quote the job, prep the subfloor and finish the install.
On most flooring jobs, the person who sells you the floor is not the person who installs it — and what was promised at the kitchen table gets lost on the way to the jobsite. We do not work that way. The person who measures your rooms and writes your quote is the person kneeling on your floor. Nothing gets handed off, so nothing gets lost.
It also means the quote is written by someone who knows exactly what the work takes: what the subfloor will need, how long the material has to acclimate, where the transitions land. That is why our estimates are itemized, in writing, and free.

Walkthrough
Transitions, trim and cleanup checked with you before we leave. Anything off gets fixed on the spot.
